Return & Exchange Policy
At Petroleum & Natural Gas Higher Institute of Technology and Training (PNGIT), we strive to ensure that every trainee has a smooth and high-quality learning experience. Below is our official Return and Exchange Policy for training courses purchased through our website:
1. Refund Policy
- Customers are eligible for a full refund within 72 hours of payment, provided that the course has not started and no training material or content has been accessed.
- If access to the course link or digital materials has been granted, the payment is non-refundable.
- If the course is canceled by PNGIT for any reason, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
2. Exchange Policy
- Customers can request to exchange the course for another of equal or higher value within 3 days of payment, provided the original course has not been started.
- If the new course has a higher fee, the customer must pay the difference before the exchange is confirmed.
- No exchanges are allowed after starting the course or accessing its materials.
